One of the things we all have to practice repeatedly while
being human is proper alignment. Think about it!
The moment we lose our alignment, we lose our balance and
stumble or fall.
This is true for the physical as well as the emotional,
mental and energetic body.
If you look at great martial artists, you will see, they
have mastered alignment and therefore can move graciously and powerfully
through time and space.
I have found Chakra meditation to be a powerful tool and
ally in my practice to maintain my alignment. As a structure, it provides
specific assistance to strengthen weaker areas within self, as well as, keeping
the energy body cleansed and well maintained.
