10 Signs that it’s Time for an Attitude Make-Over!

True enjoyment in life doesn’t grow out of external circumstances being perfect.
Because really, when does that ever happen?
The perfect day: everyone you know is happy and for once they are behaving themselves, the weather is wonderful, your house is clean, all your annoying chores are done, you have plenty of money and you get to do with your day just what you always wanted without a care in the world. Oh, and of course, you look and feel fabulous and there isn’t the slightest hint of any unresolved karmic issues. Oh, I almost forgot, we have to add world peace and nobody is suffering, so that you don’t have to feel guilty for enjoying your perfect reality.

At times, we all project the power to make us happy onto our external reality.
Any efficient spiritual practice will assist you to find and practice your ability to stay centered, to be happy, to experience contentment and fulfillment on the inside, to cultivate the wisdom to learn and grow with all of life’s experiences and to become an excellent surfer in the ocean of life.
Remind yourself that your attitude has a great deal to do with the quality of life you will experience in your every day assistance. If you continuously give your power away to external circumstances you run into the danger of major disappointments as well as stagnation in your soul’s growth and being an annoying fellow traveler on the bus of life.
(“Are we there yet? I am hungry! Why is it so hot? I have to pee. Why is nobody providing me with my favorite sandwiches? Are we still not there yet? Who is responsible for my discomfort? Somebody will pay for this!”)

So here are 10 signs that you have been slacking on your spiritual homework and it’s high time for and attitude-makeover:

1. You think that the perfect partner will insure your happiness and make up for all of the shortcomings in your life; you will only have to find them. As long as you haven’t, you will give hell and punish all the “imperfect” partners for being the “wrong” one, while living in a constant state of pity-party.
Well, stop it! Treat the people around you with respect and love yourself!

2. You will start to act like the fabulous person that you are, once the world gives you the recognition that you deserve. (“Don’t these people know who I am?”)
Are you waiting for fame, fortune or that perfect job and a big life? It’s a trap!
Roll up your sleeves and show the world what you are made of today!

3. If you had the perfect, bigger house, your place wouldn’t be so messy.
REALLY? Honor the roof over you head and turn it into a temple. Remember the lifetime where you didn’t have a place to call your own?

4. a) You would be happy if you had a child.
 b) You’d be happy if you had more time and a nanny. Children are a lot of work.
c) You would be happy if the child was more according to your expectations.
d) You would be happy if the child had married the “right” person and provided the “perfect” grand children.
It might be time to give your children, born and unborn, a break and work on being a happy mommy or daddy!

5. Life would be so much better if you only could become a member of that exclusive club and hang out with famous people.
You might want to check into your neediness and lack of self-esteem. A lot of people have an allergic reaction to those frequencies and the life you desire actually keeps moving further away from you.

6. You think the world would be a much better place if “those people” got their act together and fixed things properly.
The truth is: planet earth is a multi-dimensional school with many different classrooms. The best we can do is to live our highest potential in the life we have.

7. You would write that book, go to the gym, paint, spend more time with your friends, if you only had more time!
Many of us live our lives filled with excuses! My question to you is: How many hours a week do you watch TV? How much time do you spend on Facebook?  How many hours a week do you fill with things that you don’t need to do but that you’ve made part of your routine? We usually have areas in life that we can adjust to do the things we really want to do. Be honest with yourself and take responsibility for your time management.

8. You experience road rage and take out your bad mood and dissatisfaction on service personnel, i.e. your hairdresser, your mechanic, you nanny, your in-laws, your friends and whoever else gets in your way!
Consider anger management and remind yourself! If the whole world seems at fault, you are the problem! Sorry! (You can thank me later! Whenever you are done being upset with me!)

9. You wish you had been born at a different time, into better family circumstances and/or a different country/culture.
Embrace your circumstances! They are perfect for what you have to learn and remember this too shall pass! You don’t want to get yourself stuck in this classroom for the next few lifetimes by rejecting it, do you?

10. You feel that earth is beneath you and that you should be floating in some divine dimension or zooming around the Universe in your golden, fabulous UFO.
If you are “stuck” here, there is a reason and the sooner you surrender and become a good sport the sooner you’ll get to go home.

Become An Expert In Untangling Energetic Knots

Many times, we get stuck on the surface layers of an issue. The details of a situation can push anyone who is an obsessive problem solver over the edge.

You might find yourself running through a conversation a million times and wonder:
I don’t understand why she yelled at me! All I said was, I will pick up the ice cream.
Why would anyone do that? They never even called to apologize.
I did say, I was sorry for forgetting their birthday, I wouldn’t hold a grudge if I was in their shoes.

A lot of situations that don’t make sense on the surface are more complex than meet the eye.
If you or someone in your life seems to have overacted and you have spent a fair amount of time unsuccessfully trying to figure it out, it is safe to say that you are dealing with a multi-faceted issue.

Here is a visual:
Picture a tight knot created out of five different colored strings. In order to untangle it you have to follow the pathway of each string and pull them away from each other in a matter that allows more space in between them. That is the only way to ultimately effectively separate them.

How does that work in practical application?
When you are faced with yourself, a person or a situation in your life that doesn’t make sense, stop reacting! Give it some breathing room and meditate on it. Journal about it, discuss it with someone that you know has the capacity to be neutral and who tends to be a good investigator.

Here are some helpful investigative questions:
1. Are you or the other person under more stress than usual? (Divorce, death, change of job, financial troubles, etc.)

2. Are there any health issues to be taken into consideration?  (Low blood sugar, chronic pain, hormonal issues, etc. are just a few examples that might add extra tension to a situation)

3. Is there a prior conflict between the two of you that wasn’t resolved? (Long standing unaddressed issues, will explode sooner or later)

4. Have you and/or the other person changed a lot and the rules of engagement need to be revisited? (I.e. you have happily played the doormat and assistant in other people’s lives for many years. They have gotten used to you playing that part and won’t even question it. Your health issues have forced you to take better care of yourself therefore; you are no longer available for the usual suspects. You set firmer boundaries, they get mad, and you wonder what happened? All you said was that you couldn’t go out with them on Saturday night. If you don’t examine what happened you might see yourself slipping back into an old behavior pattern.)

5. If the same topic can provoke you to a boiling point over and over again, you might be dealing with an unresolved past life issue. (I.e. if your current partner can’t get it right, no matter how much effort they put into the relationship and you feel abandoned as soon as they have to put their attention somewhere else, there is a high possibility that you are dealing with a past trauma that can’t be resolved through the here and now. If this is a the case, I suggest past life therapy, energy clearings and the appropriate set of flower essences to support the internal healing of the issue at hand.)

6. Be open to any other questions or insights that come to mind when you re investigating the energetic knot at hand.

Life is complex and it takes willingness and creativity to get to the bottom of things.
Have some patience and invest the time in determining what it is you are really dealing with.
The good news is that every knot can get untangled and you might just find yourself capable of turning into an expert!

Does This Ego Make Me Look Fat?

As you might have noticed, you can’t buy an insurance policy for the ego!
Quite the opposite is true, if you observe life carefully, especially through the wide camera angle that spans over several lives, you will see that the universal, divine teacher is a great leveler and every ego ultimately will be cut down a few sizes. Ouch, it’s not a lot of fun when one is put overnight on a zero calorie ego diet, especially, if you have allowed yourself to pack on the pounds for a few centuries!

And trust me, I speak from experience here. And yes, of course the indulgences were a whole lot of fun. Who doesn’t enjoy to boss around an army of servants, be the belle of the ball, be the richest man in the country, make their opponents weak in the knees just thinking of you and your genius brain or save a hundred orphans single handedly out of a burning building?
Ah yes, these were the good old days when the world was perfectly alright and every cheer and compliment, every medal, every jealous side look glance went straight to the ego’s midsection before it turned into a gigantic triple chin. Yes, that’s right, I made it all about myself and walked around like my S**t doesn’t stink, and felt utterly superior to the average mortals.

Well, as I said, it was extremely great fun while it lasted. But the karmic wheel has no mercy and it just keeps going ‘round and ‘round and propelled me into a bounty of lives of service and utter humiliation. At first, outraged “don’t they know who I am?” then shocked and stuck in a giant pity-party “poor me, I don’t want to live anymore, give me another whiskey!” to “I am not worthy, I can’t believe how much I messed up” until I ended up in my current predicament “I get it, what do I need to do? Fine, I will cooperate.”

So there we are a few thousand years later. One thing I know for sure, I do not wish to repeat this cycle. Therefore, I keep asking myself: “Does this ego make me look fat?” If I feel the slightest twinge, I voluntarily go on an ego diet instead of waiting for the divine leveler to enforce one.
So, if you have come to the conclusion that your ego is currently a few pounds too heavy, consider an ego diet.

Here are a few tips:

1. Put others first!
2. Let go of ego expectations and count your blessings instead!
3. Commit random acts of kindness and don’t wait for a return!
4. Do charitable act anonymously!
5. Catch yourself in egotistical thinking patterns and reframe them.
6. Hang out with people you consider inferior and figure out what they can teach you.
7. Join a class or do something that is new or hard for you. While doing so, work on finding an attitude of humor, curiosity and surrender.
8. If you tend to make fun of others, learn to make the jokes about yourself.
What you are not funny yet? Well, practice, you are to the rest of the world!

Once you get the hang of the ego diet, it is actually a lot of fun because big egos are pretty cumbersome to navigate around the planet and for enlightenment purposes our ego does have to fit through the eye of a needle.
On that note, I will go back to my diet!!!

Develop Your Intuition I: Pay Attention

As you have probably noticed by now, life on planet earth can be pretty confusing and complex at times, to say the least.
How do we navigate in a sea filled with experts, opinions, questions, issues, egos, divine inspiration and self trying to stay centered and aligned?
Since everyone’s journey, karma, soul, biochemistry and divine blueprint are as unique as a fingerprint; the only reliable gauge is a well-developed intuition to help us discern what’s best for our highest -good on a case-by-case basis.
Therefore, I have decided to write a series of posts dedicated to this topic.
The first step: you have to learn to pay attention!

Intuitive hits come in many different forms.
Here are a few examples:

1. The gut feeling is very common: You are about to make a decision and all of a sudden you feel like someone punched you in the stomach. You might feel nauseous, upset, your muscles tighten, and rain clouds overshadow your usually sunny disposition.  If other people are involved, you might choose to dismiss this gut reaction and allow your head to take over.
“Don’t be silly, difficult, disappointing, weird, childish, unkind and push through, you promised,” said the head.
Who do you listen to usually, your gut or your head? How is that working for you?
If you tend to listen to your head, go back to some of these situations and see how that worked out for you.
Most people need some concrete examples to prove to themselves that their gut tends to be right before they find the strength to follow its guidance, even in the face of opposition.

2.The little voice in your head that tends to be quiet in comparison to the booming one of the ego, is another way intuition manifests. It takes some practice to master paying attention to this aspect of self. The question I find many people having in regards to this is:
“How do I know what’s my intuition and what I am making up?”

Some clues are:

a) Intuition tends to be drama free in it’s delivery of information. If you are overly emotional and/or have a strong attachment to the outcome of a situation, there is a high chance that your intuition is compromised.

b) The little voice usually shows up unexpected and is quite clear in it’s message.
If you haven’t developed your intuition yet, these messages tend to be short and precise in nature and only get expanded once we start paying attention.

c) In order to build trust, pay attention and match it up with reality, even if the process takes a few months. Let’s say you got the information that your sister is going to have a baby girl that you will be very close to, maybe you won’t find out immediately, but eventually you will.
When you do find out, remember what the voice feels and sounds like, after ten confirmed situations or so, you will notice that it has a very specific signature and feel to it which will make it easier to trust it over time.

3. Dreams are, for some people, the gateway that their subconscious uses to send messages. The key here is to recognize the intuitive dream frequency vs. other type of dreams. You will notice a distinct difference in your perception i.e. in colors, textures, a sense of being awake and present in the dream, waking up with a jolt, remembering the dream with more clarity, a knowing that what you were shown is important.
If dreams are a strong portal for you I suggest studying a bit of dream analysis and symbols in order to get more proficient in understanding the language of your subconscious.

4. The internal bell of truth is a gauge that many old souls have available.
Here is how it works:
You hear or read something and you know immediately if it resonates as true or false. Most people, including myself, voice it as:
“Not sure why but I know it’s true,” or “ that doesn’t ring true,” or “there are parts of this essay that don’t work for me, but the rest is great and I will use it.”
Usually, the bell of truth helps to discern quickly but requires more additional work if you want to explore a subject matter deeper.

5. Visions are another avenue through which we might receive intuitive information.
There are internal visions and external visions. Here is the distinction:

a) Internal visions are similar to the little voice in your head, only instead of words the information comes through images.
You might get a preview to a future event i.e. see the insight of a house you will live in, which college your son will go to, a business you will work for or a scene you will share with a future partner.
At other times, it might be a premonition in regards to an illness, the death of a loved one or the loss of a job.
(This aspect is a bit harder to digest because we usually don’t want to see ‘negative’ events for loved ones and ourselves. How to deal with that will be discussed in a future post on intuition).
Internal visions can also be symbolic in nature (i.e. colors, diagrams, geometric shapes and ancient symbols) in which case I suggest to study symbolism, numerology and the meaning of colors in order to be able to decipher the messages.

b) External visions can come in many different forms. Many people who have this gift find themselves catching flashes of bright light from the corner of their eyes, or multi-colored orbs that appear and then quickly disappear when you focus on them.
This also can translate itself in to perceiving shadows in a room or a fellow travelers aura.
If that aspect of the intuition is more developed you might be able to see ghosts, energy vortices or a scene of an era long gone emerge in front of your eyes if you were to visit some ancient, historical sight.
Many people that have this specific gift are afraid that they are crazy.
To me, the difference between being crazy and intuitive is quite simple.
If you are picking up on truthful aspects of reality (and the energetic world is a big part of it) you are not crazy but extremely lucky and gifted.
People that project their delusions onto the world around them aren’t doing so well. One of the telltale signs is that they are incapable of relating to the world around them and they are no longer aware that being able to perceive energetic visually isn’t the norm.

These are some common examples of how intuition expresses itself. Some people have access to all of the above forms and for others only one or two of the items may apply. You also might need to add on to the list because your intuition has found other creative forms to catch your attention.
Either way, there is no right or wrong way, nor is there a better or worse way.
The important thing for you to figure out is how your intuition works and to start paying attention to it.
The better you get at this first step, the easier it will be to develop your intuition further and to make good use of it as you navigate the exciting adventures and confusing waters of your soul’s earthly journey.
To be continued…

Clearing Manual

OK, let's talk about clearing, energy clearing that is.
(I suggest reading the posts "Protection Manual" and "How do you pray?" in addition to this one).
Before you get started with any clearing, make sure you are properly protected.
There are many circumstances when an energy clearing might be useful or necessary.
Every item, person, location and situation has the potential for a healthy, well-protected aura (energy field that surrounds/emits from a person, object etc.)
A clearing becomes necessary when that energy field is compromised.

There are different invading forces that can disturb the energetic balance:
1. Trauma
2. Taking on/absorbing negative energy from the environment (read post "Stop being a psychic Sponge")
3. Curses (read post "Enchantment and Curses Now and Then")
4. Negative Entity attachments
5. Negative emotions and self-inflicted blockages
6. Other

Items that might need clearing:
1. Home, office, land etc
2. People, animals and plants
3. Self
4. Objects (books, art pieces, furniture), rocks etc.

The first step in clearing is to determine what it is you are dealing with.
You are establishing a diagnosis, the more accurate your ability to diagnose the better you will be equipped to map out a proper strategy for a clearing.
(If you are unable to work this first step, I suggest sending out a heartfelt prayer for help and/or getting professional help!)
Within this post I will give you a couple examples of how to clear things, but by no means is it meant to represent a full set of tools that might be necessary in situations you encounter.

You will ask Divine Spirit/God plus any personal guides/angels/masters/saints that you are working with for the following:
(Make it a heartfelt prayer and be as clear as you can be within your request)
"I ask Divine Spirit/God to please clear/heal myself/this space/my friend/this situation/relationship from the trauma/negative energy/curse/entity in all time and all space with anything that it has caused and created and send back any negative energies/entities to their proper place in the Universe and return all truthful soul energies to me/situation/space from all time and all space healed, transformed and purified and reintegrate them. Thank you!"

This is a good way of asking for a clearing. A simple clearing is easily accomplished this way.
Some circumstances however are a bit trickier because the clearing is multi-layered.
Let's say you want to help to clear a friend who has been surrounded by negative energies and feels depressed. You are using all the tools you have and nothing happens. Why might that be?
Well, let's say for example your friend has a deep seated guilt issue and he/she feels the need for punishment, that guilt has the power to override any clearing attempt you make.
If this is the case, the guilt needs to be cleared first and your friend will have to do some self-forgiveness work before any clearing attempt on your part would be successful.
Another reason a person might not be open to a clearing is if the item/energy to be cleared gives them power/comfort or is used to solicit negative attention.

Use discernment! If it is self you are dealing with, have the courage to be brutally honest with yourself, maybe it is time to change your mind. If you are dealing with someone else, maybe you have to let go of the attempt to clear him or her for the time being and respect his or her free will.
A very common reason that a space clearing seemingly doesn't work is when you are dealing with an open door to a lower frequency dimension. As you clear things more negative energy keeps pushing through and therefore might create the illusion that nothing was cleared. Mirrors, at times, come with open dimension doors and some black magic rituals open them to support the curses. In that case, add to the healing/clearing prayer:
"Please close any dimension doors to the lower realms in all time and all space and transform and purify any energies that leaked out in all time and all space and send them back to their proper place in the Universe."
Then continue your regular clearing.

Another way of doing clearings is to run white light and love energy through a space, or use the chakra meditation to run it through self. (Remember darkness is the absence of light, therefore this offers a powerful solution, especially if you are not quite clear what it is you are clearing).

Here are some additional tools that can be helpful in situations when a clearing is necessary:
1. Flower Essences (read related post)
I suggest 'Golden Armor', 'Pennyroyal', 'Watch your Back', 'Violet Transmuting Flame Violet' (ask for the meditation that it comes with) from Green Hope Farm plus any additional ones that fit your situation (go to their common concerns page on the website)
2. Aromatherapy works well especially Lavender, Lemon, Palo Santo and Frankincense support the clearing and protection process (make sure to select organic brands, I love the company "Floracopeia" (check out their "Spirit Blend") and note that some companies have special cleansing and protective blends available).
An addition to any cleansing ritual is the burning of sage (a native American tradition), which is very useful.
3. Music and sounds can offer another helpful energy to be added to your toolbox
(Gongs, crystal bowls, as well as any music that you feel strengthens you can be added; trust your instincts)
4. Taking baths in salt water is also useful
5. Create a sacred space. Light white candles, set up an altar, clean your space physically and have uplifting art and images around (read post "The Importance of Art and Objects in Your Life")

Some things are more difficult to clear than others.
As always, use your own discernment, this is an outline of possible tools and clearing is a huge topic. Be flexible to integrate other tools and to get outside help if you should need it.
God bless and good luck to all of you on your Journey!

Helpful Tools 3: Chakra Meditation

One of the things we all have to practice repeatedly while being human is proper alignment. Think about it!
The moment we lose our alignment, we lose our balance and stumble or fall.
This is true for the physical as well as the emotional, mental and energetic body.
If you look at great martial artists, you will see, they have mastered alignment and therefore can move graciously and powerfully through time and space.
I have found Chakra meditation to be a powerful tool and ally in my practice to maintain my alignment. As a structure, it provides specific assistance to strengthen weaker areas within self, as well as, keeping the energy body cleansed and well maintained.
If you are familiar with this form of meditation, dive right in.
Otherwise, I suggest doing some research.
One book I like is:
The Book Of Chakras by Ambika Wauters
There is plenty of good material out there on this topic. Trust your instincts and see what calls to you

Got Your Fire Drill Ready?

Some of the hazards of soul evolution and healing processes are emotional meltdowns, explosive eruptions of karmic, unresolved layers, states of utter confusion and repetitive identity crises. Every time we are confronted by the activation of one of these hazards, Some of the hazards of soul evolution and healing processes are emotional meltdowns, we have the choice to either be prepared, or have it spill into our current lives and possibly do some damage to our primary relationships and life circumstances.
One thing is for sure, if you have embarked on the spiritual journey and you haven't reached a state of enlightenment yet, I can guarantee you, the next meltdown is just around the corner. Therefore it does make sense to be prepared and have your fire drill ready, because once you are caught in an emotional tsunami, you probably won't think of anything clever to do.

Here are some suggestions for a fire drill (consider them and then be creative and tailor make your own as you see fitting):

1. Take some Rescue Remedy Bach Flower Essences (read section on flower essences, if you are not familiar with them).
2. Remind yourself and your loved ones that you are processing some old/ancient stuff which has nothing to do with now. Avoid projections! (Read section on light and shadow projections)
3. Go for a walk, or engage in some other physical exercise, to disperse some of the energies that are flooding the emotional body.
4. Sit quietly and pray. Remind yourself that you are not your thoughts, nor your emotions. Find the observer self and breathe through the pain. The good news is that if you are dealing with an old trauma resurfacing is:
a) It's past, so the worst is over.
b) You are ready to deal with it and you have the necessary tools.
5. Remind yourself that you are here as a student of life, not a victim! So no more than limited pity-parties allowed.
6. Eliminate numbing choices, which will only lead to spiritual Groundhog Day! Might as well get it over with!
7. Visualize your Angel wrapping you in his/her wings and cocooning you in divine love.
8. Writing can be a good outlet to gain clarity in. One exercise I like works as follows. Write down the question with your right hand (i.e. "what is going on right now?" "What is the nature of this latest upset?" "What are my current lessons involved in this situation?"). Then switch the pen to your left hand and write down the answers. This is a very helpful way to connect to the right side of your brain, which has more direct access to your intuition and sub-conscience.

As I said, these are just some possible suggestions of tools that can be helpful for your fire drill.
Test them, try different combos and see what works for you.
The most important thing is to have one and to face the process a bit more prepared.
And don't forget to have some fun!

The Art Of Self-Medicating

No, I am not talking about popping pills or using other drugs.  That would be easy short term and extremely sticky long term for souls that are in the business of personal evolution and karma clearing.
What I am talking about is using the world around you to balance yourself.
How do you do that?
Well, think of it this way everything has a frequency. Every song, every sport, every coffee shop, every book etc is unique in its energetic make-up.
Let's say you wake up very depressed, sad and you feel very ungrounded. After you’ve completed your mandatory 30-minute-pity-party and you have checked your gauges to make sure you are alert to any messages your system is sending you, what do you do?
You might consider scouting for the things in your environment that are uplifting and grounding. Dance, certain kinds of music, a walk in nature, a cup of tea with friends are all potential possibilities to harmonize your energy field.
If you are really angry, you could choose an activity like boxing, running, screaming in your car with heavy metal music blasting in order to safely release some steam. Personally, I refrain, as much as possible, from any action and activity that create more karmic entanglements, like taking out my anger on fellow travelers!
In the case of stress and tension meditation, yoga and relaxing music can go a long way.
You might also consider aromatherapy, flower essences, other form of workouts, movies and medicinal teas.
Often times we are stuck on auto-pilot, when we make our daily choices. We overlook many things that are readily available for self-medicating purposes.
Take a moment, breathe, and see what might support you today in your attempt to achieve a greater sense of peace and balance.

Helpful Tools 2.Detox

One of the most important lessons I have learned regarding life in the modern world is the necessity to regularly detoxify my physical body. It is difficult to live life in an urban environment and to stay unaffected, even if you are eating healthy and taking good care of yourself.
My first encounter with a toxicity problem occurred when I was fifteen years old. I had severe stomach cramps for a year and a half. The pain was so bad that I would sometimes topple over. I could barely eat anything and when I did I developed painful hives. Dozens of medical tests revealed nothing. I had tubes and cameras invading my system for nothing. The doctor’s conclusion was that I was an overemotional teenager who just wanted attention. I was lucky enough that my parents knew that wasn't part of my behavioral vocabulary and took the pain seriously. After a year and a half, we ended up at a holistic practitioner, who used kinesiology as a diagnostic tool. She determined in my first session that I had severe mercury poisoning; the source was leaky fillings in my teeth. I got treated with homeopathic medications, had all of my fillings replaced and the pain went away.
Since then, I have had other circumstances where detoxification was necessary. To just start a detox-program on your own, however, can be counter productive.
Here are some reasons why:
1. If your elimination organs aren't strong enough, the released toxins will be reabsorbed into the system. The whole process is weakening with no results.
2. If you are detoxifying specific chemicals, parasites or metals different formulas are needed to safely and effectively promote the process.
3. The body might need to detoxify in different stages. So if the approach is too radical you might do more harm than good.

I have worked repeatedly with practitioners that use kinesiology. In the US, a lot of chiropractors do. Kinesiology is a form of muscle testing, that uses the body as a diagnostic tool and that has helped to point me in the right direction. Once I have the information, I proceed from there.
Keeping my body as clean as possible has given me the health and energy to support all other aspects of my life. I highly recommend it!

Helpful Tools 1) Flower Essences

Within all my years dedicated to healing and soul evolution I have found some very helpful tools. The first one I'd like to discuss is the usage of flower essences.
Flower essences are herbal infusions or decoctions, made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely address emotional, mental and energetic aspects of wellbeing.

My first encounter with flower essences occurred when I was fourteen years old.
I was in the midst of a teenage temper tantrum (I cannot remember what it was about!) when my mother demanded for me to open mouth. That wasn't very far fetched since it was already pretty much open. She emptied a dropper filled with fluid and left the room.
About a minute later I calmed down totally against my will. I followed her to see what had disrupted my scene. It turned out to be a tiny bottle of Bach Flower Rescue Remedy.

I have been using them ever since. They have helped me take the edge off before hard exams, in moments of painful loss and crisis. I have used them in water to bring dying plants back to life. My five cats rode happily under the influence in the back seat of my car all the way from Austin Texas to California without a cage (and trust me, they weren't trained!). I have recommended them to many people along the way and have gotten a lot of good feedback. They are like homeopathy for the emotional body and can help stabilize that part of us. There are many different companies that offer flower essences. Other than the Bach Flower Rescue Drops, which I always have handy, I personally like the Green Hope Farm Essences (www.greenhopeessences.com).
They cover many items we have to work through in our current time and help address deep seated issues, like past life trauma.

I recommend flower essences when you have been running too much mental and emotional energy and you want your system to assimilate some information and support via other channels.
It is one of the tools I always come back to. Please use your own intuition to know when they call and be open to let the right company/products speak to you.
